HW Instructions

To build upon today’s lesson (DAY 1) please review your vocabulary sheet and finish the map of the Middle-East if you have not finished it by the end of the class and to locate and identify the five pillars of Islam and describe if they agree or disagree with your personal idea of terrorism. To prepare for tomorrow’s lesson on the Taliban, I would like you to watch this short video from PBS and download and respond to the guided reading questions on the video and be prepared to discuss you reaction in class. As an optional, “fun” assignment, you can always test your middle-eastern geographic knowledge with this addictive Geography Game.
